Eligibility & Conditions
- Applicant must be an existing member of the Society.
- Share Money and Compulsory Deposit (CD) should each be 10% of the loan amount, as applicable under Society rules.
- Two guarantors are required; both must be existing members and non-defaulters.
Documents Required
- Photo ID Proof (Voter ID / Aadhaar / PAN)
- Income Proof (3 years ITR / Salary Slip)
- Two latest passport-size photographs
- Address Proof (Electricity / Water Bill)
- Two A/C Payee Cheques (CTS)
- Rent Agreement, if applicable
